30 day warranty

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why all products come with a 30-day warranty. If you experience any issues with your product within 30 days of purchase, please contact us at sales@kiksfit.com for support.

Missing package

If you did not receive your package, please contact us at sales@kiksfit.com to let us know. We will investigate the issue and help speed up the process of delivering the parcel. If it does get lost or is not delivered, we will take full responsibility and issue a full refund, including shipping costs. 

Damaged items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will issue refunds for items that are defective, damaged due to shipping or packaging, or otherwise not of acceptable quality. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not of acceptable quality, please contact us at sales@kiksfit.com to let us know. We will investigate the issue and determine whether a refund is appropriate.

Please note we will not issue refunds for damaged items that are returned due to improper usage or deliberate damage.

What is not refundable?

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

EU 3 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to return or refund?

To return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at our email. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for third party payment company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at our email.

Is return shipping cost refundable?

In cases where we are responsible for the mistake, we will refund the return shipping cost. Except in these cases, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
